RVING – Vistra Energy is renovating a 400,000-sf office building at 1925 W. John Carpenter Fwy. in Las Colinas.
In June, the city approved economic incentives for the $21 million project.
SLAM Collaborative is overseeing the redesign.
Renovation work will start next month and take until next year.
