LUBBOCK – Los Angeles-based Realty Mogul has purchased a 20,880-sf single-tenant medical office building from Healthcare Property Advisors and The Innovation Institute.
Built in 1966 and renovated in 2003, the three-story building at 3601 21st St. is fully leased to Covenant Health System.
JLL brokered the deal.
