DALLAS – Amazon is building a one million-sf building in the Southlink Logistics Center on Cleveland Rd. south of I-20.
Stantec Architecture is designing the $41 million warehouse, which will break ground this month.
Hine’s development off Bonnie View Rd. is part of a planned larger industrial park.
