AUSTIN – Rialto Development LLC has purchased two Class A office buildings in the Rialto office campus.
The buildings at 7708 and 7710 Rialto Blvd. total 63,000 sf
Capella Commercial represented the buyer. Worldwide Holdings LLC was the seller.
