Archway Properties breaks ground on 28K-sf build-to-suit

ODESSA – Archway Properties has broken ground on a 28,222-sf build-to-suit project at Leeco Industrial Park.

The facility will feature a 7,000-sf office with the rest of the property dedicated to warehouse and light manufacturing space.

TEAM Inc. will lease the property.

Construction will be complete in early December.
