AUSTIN – HN Capital Partners is developing Red Bluff, a 91,635-sf mixed-use project at 4713 E. Cesar Chavez St.
The five-story, Class A building will include ground-floor retail space and a 269-space parking structure.
The second phase will include a 63-room boutique hotel.
Bank OZK provided a $26.6 construction loan for the project.
