SAN ANTONIO – A partnership between Lynd Co. and T.R. Inscore LLC is building Culebra Commons, a 327-unit multifamily project off Loop 1604 on the city’s west side.
The project will include seven three-story buildings and Class A amenities.
Mason Joseph Co. Inc. provided $41.2 million in construction and permanent financing.
Construction will begin later this month and be complete in 28 months.
