AUSTIN – Aspen Heights Partners has broken ground on a 323-unit apartment community in the East Riverside area.
The four-story property will have one- and two-bedroom units.
Amenities will include interior courtyards, rooftop deck, pool, and fitness center.
Leasing begins in November.
