EL PASO – The local housing authority has completed 120 low-income apartments in the 18-story Blue Flame Building at 120 N. Stanton St.
Sundt Construction was the general contractor of the $52 million renovation project.
Construction on ground-floor retail and office space on floors 14 through 16 will wrap up this fall.
