ABILENE – The city council has approved the purchase of a building at 174 Cypress St. and an adjacent parking garage at 1149 N. Second St. by the Development Corporation of Abilene (DCOA).
This $985,000 purchase price includes all of the buildings’ furniture and fixtures.
In addition to the DCOA, the building is home to the Abilene Chamber of Commerce and Texas Star Trading Co.
