LUBBOCK – A partnership between MRE Capital and Structure Development is redeveloping the historic NTS Tower at 1220 Broadway St. to include affordable housing.
Metro Tower Lofts will have 89 one- and two-bedroom apartments for lease.
The tower will feature commercial amenities on the first floor. Vexus, formerly known as NTS, will use the second and third floors for its servers and the roof for communications equipment.
Construction will be finished by fourth quarter 2021.
