KILLEEN – First National Bank is developing a five-story, 47,653-sf commercial office building at 2201 Trimmier Rd.
The building will have a full-service bank on the first floor and executive level and professional support departments on floors two through five.
It will house 130 full-time jobs.
Construction will take 75 weeks.
The city council approved an $858,715 tax abatement for the project.
