DALLAS – Trammell Crow Co. is developing Mockingbird Station East, a four-tower project at DART’s Mockingbird Station.
Phase one, which has been in the works for more than a year, includes a three-level underground parking garage to replace the surface lots.
After the parking garage is finished, Crow’s High Street Residential division will build a 22-story apartment building on the east end of the site. The 481-unit tower was designed by GFF.
Another residential tower is planned next door in a further phase of construction.
Mockingbird Station East replaces surface parking lots that currently serve the rail stop.
