DALLAS – Crescent Real Estate is building a 30-floor luxury residential tower at 2811 Maple Ave.
The building will have 220 rental units averaging 1,200 sf.
Designed by GFF, the tower will have a third-floor pool deck and five levels of underground parking.
It replaces a low-rise commercial building.
Crescent is seeking zoning changes for a taller building than currently allowed.
