CARROLLTON – The Olympus on Main has been purchased by an affiliate of Beverly Hills, Calif.-based Nimes Real Estate.
Built in 2018, the 352-unit complex is at 1011 S. Main St., near downtown’s DART light rail station.
Developer High Street Residential and Olympus Property were the sellers.
