THE WOODLANDS – Star Cinema Grill has leased 56,911-sf within the Windvale Center at 9429 College Park Dr.
The company, which was recently acquired by Cinemex, will replace a Randall’s grocery store.
The J. Beard Real Estate Co. represented the landlord, Brixmor Property Group.
