SAN ANTONIO – Keller Henderson is developing the Floodgate, a mixed-use luxury apartment and retail tower at 139 E. Commerce St.
The 17-story tower will have the city’s first automated parking system on its second and third floors.
Jordan Foster Construction is the general contractor. Rhode Partners Architects is the designer.
Construction will be complete in November 2021.
