DALLAS – Larkspur Capital Partners is building apartments at 1100 N. Zang Blvd. near Lake Cliff Park.
Omniplan designed the five-story, 71-unit community. Amenities will include a pool, coworking space, gym, dog wash, bicycle repair shop, and electric vehicle charging.
Construction will kick off in May and take 18 months.
The community is within a Qualified Opportunity Zone.
