DALLAS – California-based Nexus Development Corp. is planning a senior-living high-rise in Turtle Creek.
The 25-story residential tower will be at the vacant corner of Turtle Creek Blvd. and Fairmount St.
Plans include assisted-living and memory-care housing for 180 residents, plus condominiums on the top seven floors.
Developers are seeking city approval for the project.
