PLANO – Larson Capital Management has acquired the Lincoln Legacy Two building on the Dallas North Tollway.
Located in Legacy Business Park, the 130,371-sf office property has been owned by Pillar Commercial and Artemis Real Estate Partners since 2018.
The previous owners made upgrades to the five-story office, which was built in 2014.
The building is 90 percent leased. Newmark Group brokered the sale.
