FORT WORTH – A 398-unit apartment project with an affordable housing component broke ground recently. It will open in third quarter 2026.
The Jefferson Eastchase will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, a pool, fitness center, coworking lounge, dog park, and clubroom.
The apartment is developed by JPI in partnership with Fort Worth Housing Solutions. DLR Group Architects is the designer.
