MANSFIELD – A new city hall and town square are being built in a 200-acre mixed-use development.
The city purchased ten acres for the project that will anchor the mixed-use Reserve development. Construction will begin by the end of 2024 and finish in December 2026.
Developed by Stillwater Capital Investments LLC, the Reserve will have office, retail, residential, hospitality, and entertainment space as well as water features and green space.
