AUSTIN – Connor Lane Business Park, a 170,959-sf industrial project, has officially broken ground.
The development will consist of two buildings totaling 87,467 and 83,492 sf, with depths of 120 feet and 175 feet, respectively. Both buildings will have 32-ft clear heights and 130-ft truck court depths with 70 dock doors.
Alliance Industrial is the developer, Colliers is the leasing agent.
Construction is expected to finish by the end of the year.
