AUSTIN – EQT Exeter has been picking up property and tenants throughout the outskirts of Austin and now has a local industrial portfolio totaling 2.5 million sf across 13 buildings.
Over the last few months, EQT Exeter has purchased a 410,000-sf building in Georgetown and an adjacent 24-acre parcel where they plan to develop an over 400,000-sf building.
The company has also purchased a 168,000-sf building in Lockhart housing Factory Builders Stores, leased 180,000 sf to Four Hands LLC in Buda, and entered into an agreement to purchase the 450,000-sf building in Georgetown that houses GAF Energy LLC.
