GEORGETOWN – A new commercial development has broken ground at 200 W. 6th St.
The 20,000-sf building will have three stories. The third-floor tenant will be Corridor Title, while Sneed, Vine & Perry P.C. will be the tenant for the second floor and half of the first floor. The remaining half of the first floor has not yet been leased.
Sixthriver Architects will design the project, Paradigm Commercial will provide contractor services, and financing will be provided by Frontier Bank of Texas.
The development is expected to be complete by spring or summer 2025.
