HOUSTON – Midway has broken ground on the latest addition to its CityCentre mixed-use development.
Called CityCenter Six, the office building will be at 903 Town and Country Blvd.
When completed in 2026, the development will have 308,000 sf of office spaces, which will sit atop a nine-level podium parking structure.
The building’s ground floor will also have 12,000 sf of retail and dining space.
The anchor tenant for the property will be Dow Chemical, which has leased 65 percent of the building.
