AUSTIN – Freehill Development Co. has recently added over 650,000 sf of industrial space to the Hill Country region.
The firm completed two industrial projects, one in Georgetown and the other just northeast of San Antonio. It’s also nearing completion of an industrial project in San Marcos and has broken ground on a fourth development in Leander.
The latest Freehill project is the 227,000-sf Hero Way West that will rise on about 17 acres at 11561 Hero Way West in Leander. Transwestern Real Estate Services is handling leasing, Owrey Construction is general contractor, and Runa Workshop handled design.
In San Marcos, Freehill expects to deliver Clover Crossing later this month. The two-building project will total 213,125 sf. Transwestern Real Estate Services will handle leasing for the project.
Freehill Selma was finished in the third quarter of last year and has 20,625-, 30,225- and 42,228-sf spaces available. Cavender & Hill Properties Inc. is handling leasing.
Georgetown’s 1300 Westinghouse, located at 1300 Westinghouse Road, was completed in the fourth quarter. The industrial development has 176,546 sf available across four buildings.
