SAN ANTONIO – Merritt Development and Peachtree Group’s $58 million Residence Inn hotel project at 100 N. Main Ave. is currently seeking design approval from the city’s Historic and Design Review Commission.
The 124,000-sf project would have 171 hotel rooms, as well as 775 sf of meeting space, a fitness center, and ground-floor dining.
BGKT Architects designed the ten-story project.
Construction is expected to begin in fall 2024, hoping for a 2026 opening.
