PLANO – A $50 million transit-oriented apartment project is in the works near Bush Turnpike.
The 474,355-sf Aura Northline will have 325 units across two five-story buildings and a five-story parking garage. The rental community will open in early 2026. The site is between two DART stations, including the 26-mile DART Silver Line.
Developer Trinsic Residential Group is working with designer Womack + Hampton Architects.
