HOUSTON – The Harris County Community Service Department has broken ground on a single-family home development in north Houston called Providence Gardens.
The 60-home development is at 16755 Ella Blvd. The project aims to provide housing for low- to moderate-income households.
Fifty to 75 percent of the homes will be sold to qualifying households at or below 80 percent of the average median income of Harris County.
Twenty-five to 50 percent of homes will be sold at market rate.
