RICHARDSON – A 50-year-old shopping center has been sold with plans of renovating the 177,000-sf building.
The 12-acre Promenade North Shopping Center at Coit and Arapaho roads is 70 percent leased with tenants including Verizon, Papa Murphey’s, and Wingstop. Improvements will be made to the exteriors, landscaping, parking lots, signage, and lighting over 12 to 24 months.
The retail center was purchased by a partnership between 2GR Equity and Dallas’ Shop Development.
