DALLAS – A 33-acre pediatric medical campus is planned for the Southwest Medical District.
Located on Harry Hines Blvd. and Mockingbird Ln., the $5 billion campus will replace the existing Children’s Medical Center Dallas.
The new campus will have two 12-story towers and one eight-story tower across five million sf, including 552 beds.
Construction will finish in six to seven years.
The project is being developed by Children’s Health and UT Southwestern Medical Center.
