HILL COUNTRY VILLAGE – LPA Design Studio has been assigned to lead design and other services for the Hill Country Village City Hall replacement project.
The city council approved a $4 million construction cost estimate and LPA’s design proposal, which features a 9,850-sf facility to house police and public works departments and have space for city operations and meetings.
Additionally, there will be 1,850 sf of covered parking space.
