THE COLONY – The final phase of a four-building industrial project has been completed, adding 778,950 sf across the complex.
Live Oak Logistics completed the second phase with buildings ranging from 115,920 to 395,000 sf with 36 ft clear heights and support for manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution users.
New York-based Link Logistics developed the project with GSR Andrade as designer and MW Builders as the general contractor.
