HOUSTON – Transwestern Hospitality Group paid an undisclosed amount to purchase Hotel Granduca, a 122-key luxury lodging establishment at 1080 Uptown Park Blvd.
Transwestern plans to begin renovation work in mid-2024.
The project will include renovating the ground floor to create a gathering place with a restaurant.
The hotel will also have larger event space, new workout facilities, and improved programming.
