HOUSTON – Woodbranch Management Inc. have leased numerous spaces totaling 49,700 sf at their 223,000 sf office building at 4265 San Felipe St. Together, they bring the building’s occupancy to 90 percent.
Keller Williams Metropolitan has leased 20,600 sf on the eighth floor. They were represented by McCann Commercial Real Estate.
Thomas J. Henry Law leased a full floor of 19,300 sf. They were represented by Centric Commercial.
North American Corp. leased 10,800 sf. They were represented by JLL.
