DALLAS – Professional services firm Deloitte LLP will move its headquarters from the former Chase Tower to Uptown’s unfinished office building.
Located at Maple Ave. and Cedar Springs Rd., the 26-story 23Springs office tower will finish construction in 2025. Deloitte will lease 100,000 sf on four floors in early 2026.
The 625,000-sf tower has two restaurants and a half-acre park. Tenants include Bank OZK.
The building is being developed by Granite Properties and Highwood Properties.
The Arts District Tower, formerly Chase Tower, was Deloitte’s headquarters for three decades.
