HOUSTON – Local CRE firm Mission Companies has acquired The Westchester, a 117,261-SF office building on the city’s west side.
The six-story building is at 11451 Katy Fwy., near CityCentre, Memorial City, and Town & Country. It was built in 1999 and is 74 percent leased.
JLL Capital Markets represented the seller and arranged financing, working on behalf of Mission to arrange the CMBS loan for the acquisition.
Mission Companies has operated in Houston’s commercial real estate market for 35 years. The firm owns and manages over 1.5 million sf of office space.
