DENISON – The developer of the planned $6 billion Preston Harbor development has acquired 3,114 acres on Lake Texoma, marking one of the largest land deals in Grayson County history.
The acquisition includes 9.5 miles of shore frontage and 27 internal lakes. Preston Harbor will begin construction in late 2024.
The deal was made by Waterfall Development LP in partnership with Preston Harbor developer Craig International, which was represented by JTA CR Group. The seller was represented by Steve Cook & Co. and Jim Meara Co.
Preston Harbor will be anchored by a Margaritaville resort and have a resort hotel, retail, restaurants, upscale marina, and 7,500 luxury single-family and multifamily homes, including townhomes, condos, apartments, and cottages.
