SAN ANTONIO – Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group plans to open Pullman Market, a 40,000-sf food hall in the Pearl District.
The culinary destination will have four full-service restaurants, fast-casual concepts, an artisan butcher and fishmonger, various wine and beer selections, Texas-based produce and specialty foods, a seasonal bakery, and fresh pasta.
The four restaurants include Fife & Farro, Mezquite, Isidore, and Nicosi.
The market is expected to open spring 2025.
