HOUSTON – Midway has released details about the latest addition to its CityCentre mixed-use development, the CityCentre Six office building at 903 Town and Country Blvd.
The building will have 308,000 sf of office space over a nine-level podium parking structure.
The building will have about 12,000 sf of ground-floor retail and dining space, 27,500-sf floor plates, and two green rooftop terraces.
An anchor tenant that will occupy 65 percent of the building has already been secured, leaving about 100,000 sf available for lease.
The project is expected to cost $87.5 million.
Construction is scheduled to begin during second quarter 2024, with delivery expected in 2026.
