DALLAS-FORT WORTH-ARLINGTON – DFW ranked third nationwide in the number of coworking locations at the end of 2023, according to Yardi Systems.
With 249 shared office locations, DFW was behind Los Angeles with 268 and Manhattan with 267, surpassing Washington, D.C., in the fourth quarter by two. Houston ranked sixth with 215.
Shared office firms make up 4.8 million sf of office space in DFW.
Coworking spaces increased by 1 percent nationwide in the fourth quarter while office vacancies increased.
