HOUSTON – Fluor Corp. has signed a 69-month, 104,677-sf lease for five floors in the 14-story Two Eldridge, at 757 N. Eldridge Pkwy.
This expansion brings Fluor’s space at the Eldridge off Complex from 308,186 to 412,863 sf.
Granite Properties represented the landlord, and Cushman & Wakefield represented Fluor.
