PLANO – Los Angeles-based BH Properties has made one of the first North Texas office acquisitions of the year. The seller was an investment corporation representing Goldman Sachs.
The 153,238-sf Parkway Centre IV on Dallas North Tollway recently underwent $2 million in renovations.
It is 82 percent leased with tenants including Norstan Communications, U.S. Metro Bank, Marriott International, Guardian Mortgage, Independent Bank, and Sun Life Financial.
The sale was arranged by Newmark Group.
