Built in 1983, the existing building will be remodeled to update meeting rooms, restrooms and finishes.
The project includes the addition of a 110,000-sf multipurpose arena with 7,500 seats to create an approximately 153,000-sf complex.
The city’s economic development corporation will break ground next month. Completion is expected by fall 2025.
