Built in 2003, the campus is currently fully occupied by Vision Source, Dr. Michael R. Borchers, W Gynecology, and Allergy Partners.
Transwestern Real Estate Services brokered the sale on behalf of HCD Property Group Ltd. The buyer was represented by Kuyrekendall & Company Inc.
