DALLAS – The Design District’s landmark Stemmons Towers are being converted into a residential community.
Redevelopment of the 13-acre office campus at 2720 North Stemmons Fwy. will begin in late 2024.
The four towers, which total 285,312 sf, will be called the Lumiere.
Sava Holdings Ltd. recently acquired the property and plans to add floors, an outdoor pool and spa area, landscaping, walking paths, a park, and a greenbelt area.
