HOUSTON – Local commercial real estate firm Satya and Mariott International are planning a 35-story condominium project near Memorial Park and Buffalo Bayou.
Called The St. Regis Residences, the project will be built on four acres at 100 Asbury Place.
Amenities will include a swimming pool, fitness center and movement studio, wellness services, cognac room with wine storage, gold simulator, children’s activity center, pet spa, boardroom, and business center.
Groundbreaking will take place in 2025, and the project is slated for completion in fourth quarter 2027.
