RICHMOND – Costco Wholesale Corp. has begun work on a new 154,648-sf store on 20 acres in The Grand at Aliana.
The store will be at the southeast corner of West Airport Blvd. and the Grand Parkway/SH-99.
This will be the first project of the 250,000-sf third phase of The Grand at Aliana. It’s slated to open in summer 2024.
