DALLAS – A $30 million renovation project is underway for a 70-acre multifamily community near Bachman Lake.
Located on Webb Chapel Rd., the 1,100-unit Hollow community, made up of four properties, will have upgraded exteriors and interiors as well as a new 10,000-sf clubhouse with a fitness center, game room, and business center.
Units are for those earning 60 to 120 percent of the area median income.
The Hollow is owned by Strategic Realty Holdings LLC. It is 90 percent occupied.
Strategic Realty is partnering with Equal Heart, HAPI Foundation, Jewish Family Service of Greater Dallas, and Buckner Children and Family Services Dallas for after-school programs, health and wellness classes, and food bank deliveries to work out of the new clubhouse.
